Students Committees
Every student is expected to help other students and seek help, whether academic or professional from other students. It is said that knowledge lies among students. SSA-GKC member students understand that sharing what they know will not only help their fellow students but will also widen their intellectual curiosity. Every student can volunteer to participate one or more of the following programs.
College Students Self-Help and Mentoring Program
This group aims to promote knowledge sharing among college students. Their activities include mentoring ESL students, organizing panel discussion on specific discipline (i.e. Medicine) and how to succeed in and beyond school.
High School Students
Tutoring Program
This group works with high
school students to organize campus visits, workshops about how to
choose a major and tutoring sessions. They also work with parents to
increase their involvement in the process.
